Get moving! February is American Heart Month, and there’s no better time to make a commitment to reducing your risk of heart disease and stroke by leading a more active lifestyle.
To get started, we challenge you to make a commitment to exercise for at least 30 minutes each day during the month of February. To help you stay motivated, consider joining one of these initiatives:
Start! Walking

One in a Million
