Tommy is the President and Administrator of DOAR & Affiliates.
Since joining Danville Orthopedic & Athletic Rehab in 1992, Tommy has led the growth of our outpatient therapy network from one location to ten. He is also the President of our sister companies, All Care Home Health and Center for Pediatric Therapies.
Tommy’s career in health care began with a part-time job at a nursing home in his hometown of Virginia Beach, Virginia. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, he became a licensed nursing home administrator. He was the administrator for long term care facilities operated by Medical Facilities of America and Progressive Medical Group in Texas, Georgia, and Virginia. Tommy began developing a speciality in rehab administration as the Vice President of Development at Communi-Care/Pro-Rehab and as the Chief Operating Officer at HealthCore.
Outside of work, Tommy enjoys spending time with his family, deer hunting, and restoring old cars.
