Here is Brian’s physical therapy story:

I fell off a ladder and crushed a large bone in my forearm. My arm was immobile for about 3 months before my doctor said that I could start physical therapy.  I chose DOAR Chatham because my wife and brother-in-law both had good experiences here.

At first, I couldn’t do much of anything, but we’ve been working on mobility training and strength training. They keep adding intensity along the way, and I’m seeing improvements as we go. For example, when I started, I couldn’t touch my fingers together, and now I can move them.

My goals are to go back to work, and to get back into weight lifting. I come here to work hard, and it’s helped me immensely. Joey and Mandy have brought me through a whole lot. Now it’s like home, and they’re like family.
